Announcing DART'S New Lending Library and Mobile Media

DART is pleased to announced its Lending Library and Mobile Media, two great new program components available to students. They can be found on the DART home page under 'Creative Resources.'

The first is a full inventory of items in DART's Lending Library of equipment along with an explanation of how the library will work. Most of the items have links to specs and there is an online request form students can use. Library items can be used for class projects, independent projects, tinkering, collaborative art projects, student group experiments...just to name a few.

There's also information about DART's Mobile Media. We have a laptop unit equipped with Ableton Live and Isadora, that was developed in conjunction with Professor Kara Lynch's "Immediate Site" class. In addition, we have a MacMini + monitor + keyboard + mouse set-up that can be used for temporary presentations.
